Choosing to start therapy is a brave step, and finding the right therapist can be an intimidating process so Sadie is committed to putting your needs first and to work at whichever pace is required.
Her intention is to provide a comfortable and safe space to talk openly and honestly. The development of your relationship will be the starting point to the therapy work.
Sadie encourages exploration of behavioural patterns and reactions in sessions, and aims to shine a light on how these might be negatively impacting your life. Working with the belief that her role is to facilitate the discovery of insights and learnings that can allow self-compassion and positive acceptance.
Your FIRST SESSION
Ahead of booking any sessions, Sadie recommends a 15 minute free and confidential exploratory call. This allows you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about therapy and my approach. It's also important to see if you feel comfortable as a solid relationship is the foundation for any effective therapy work.
