The Retreat…

Join us for a 1 day event lead by the amazing Abigail Iquo Isuo (Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist) where we will work from the inside out using meditation, breath work and inquiry.

Our true nature lies in and under the difficulties we are presented with in life, our true expression is hidden out of sight and thus our true genius and unique voice often goes unseen and unheard. It takes courage and a love for the truth to uncover our true nature and so this day workshop is a little insight and movement towards embracing what lies beneath the surface and in our own unique inner worlds.

We have all manifested brilliant persona’s, masks and personalities to face and live in the world. These mechanisms of survival however do not reveal the truth of our nature nor do they bring fulfilment or transformation in our lives, more often they hide our deepest wounds.

Your Teacher…

Abigail Iquo Isuo is an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Constellator, Breath worker, and EMDR practitioner. She has worked in the field of psychology for over 25 years and is passionate about transformation, truth, trauma/overwhelm in the nervous system, and discovering what lies beneath our conditioning and pre-programmed attitudes to life. She supervises therapists using a Transpersonal approach which is informed by many spiritual schools of thought. Her desire to work within the field of healing is focused on the wounds we carry as healers, carers and individuals in relationship with others and the planet. It is Abigail’s deepest belief that behind all traumas, all wounds is the opportunity for growth and the potential to find our unique inner genius.

She is also a passionate Facilitator and Leader in Training of the Path of Love - a life changing 7 day retreat process which has a 2-3 day introduction: Awakening of Love.
