WHY SWAP…

We love swapping and recycling as it’s a great way to bag some bargains whilst reducing the impact of fast consumerism on the planet.

At our community events you can exchange your pre-loved clothes, kids toys and books for some new pre-loved favourites.

HOW IT WORKS…

11:00: Arrive with up to 10 items you want to swap

11:30 - 12:30: Start Swapping

We accept fashion for all genders and shapes and sizes, from high street up to high end as long as they’re clean and in good condition.
As well as kids clothes, toys and books for all ages.

We assess all items and add them to the rails and tables. You get a token for every item you bring which you can be swapped for a new item of any type.

SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY…

The event is run by volunteers and all proceeds go to support Mama to Mama, the only baby bank service in Thanet providing essential items to vulnerable pregnant women, caregivers and children under 5.

Zen Kitchen will also be on hand serving up festive treats and hot drinks with 25% going to the charity.

And we’ll be running a special Christmas Raffle with prizes including a nights stay at Zen Guest House and passes to classes and events.
