Classes & Booking

What classes do you offer?
We offer a range of classes to suit all ages, experience and abilities both in the studio and live streamed online via Zoom.

What should I wear? Wear loose and comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements and practice yoga in bare feet. 

Do I need my own equipment?
We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and eye masks for you to use. If you wish to bring your own equipment please do.

Do you have a changing room? We have a changing area and space to leave bags. We also have toilet facilities but no showers.

Do you provide water? We provide filtered water before and after classes.

If I have a medical condition can I still attend yoga? Please inform your teacher before the class if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or have had a recent operation so they can modify aspects of the practice if needed.

I'm pregnant, but I’ve done yoga before what do you recommend?
We recommend you wait until you have had your 12 week scan and have been approved to exercise by your doctor or midwife. The first trimester is the most delicate stage of the pregnancy and there are some classes which are not as suitable for pregnant women. Please call us on 07772 432 7884 and we can advise you on the best suited classes.

Booking classes, workshops & events?

  1. Register - you need to register and create an account to book classes with CloudZen. You can either do this on our website by purchasing a class via the Mindbody Online portal or app.

  2. Book Online CloudZen -
    Find the class or event you want to attend in the schedule click SIGN UP and follow the steps through to payment to secure your booking. If you have already paid for membership or have paid for a class pass then this will automatically book your place without taking further payment.

  3. Book Online Mindbody -
    You can book bia Mindbody, log in and go to the CLASSES tab to view the schedule of classes and sign up. or WORKSHOPS/COURSES tab to view upcoming workshops and courses and sign up.

  4. Cancellations -
    In Mindbody go to the MY INFO tab, then My Schedule to view the classes/workshops/courses you have booked and click the cancel button on the right hand side.

Pricing & Memberships


What types of purchases do you offer?
Choose to buy a single session class, a multi-class pass or a monthly membership.

Class Passes:
We offer 5 x class passes valid for 2 months from your first use and 10 x class passes valid for 3 months from your first use. No refunds will be given on class passes once purchased.

All class passes have an expiry date, and cannot be extended or suspended except in exceptional circumstances.
Class passes are assigned to individual clients and cannot be shared between clients.

Monthly Memberships:
These allow you to attend as many classes as you like each month. Memberships are non-transferable meaning you can’t share it with another person.

• No rolling contract
• Starts from day of purchase

Do I need to book drop in classes?
Please pre-book all class so we know who is attending in advance.

Is there a discount for coming frequently? If you plan to come to our classes regularly you can join one of our membership schemes or purchase one of our class passes. Please go to the Pricing page to find the package that suits you best.

Is there is a concessionary rate?
We offer a community class once a week which is a pay what you can afford model with money going to charity.

What offers do you have? We regularly provide offers to new and existing clients. See our Pricing Page for more info.

Credits - Any credit with us is valid indefinitely and can be used for any product or service we offer.

Waitlist & Cancellations

I am on the waiting list for a class or event: what happens next? If you have signed up to receive email/text notifications, you will get notified up to 30 minutes before the start of the class if you have got a place. 

To sign up to receive notifications, go to your Profile on MindBody and tick the appropriate boxes. 

Late Attendance:
You must sign in with the teacher for pre-booked classes at least 5 minutes before the class start time for both the studio and online classes. If you arrive late you will be unable to join the class and you will still be charged. Credit will not be returned for no shows.

Class Cancellations:
If you need to cancel for any reason please do this (online, email, or by phone) no later than 1 hour before the start of the class and we will credit your account. 

If you cancel less than 1 hour before class, this is a late cancellation. Credit will not be returned for late cancellations.

In the unlikely event of CloudZen technology failing we will inform you as soon as we are able and credit your account if we are unable to run our streamed classes.

Therapy Appointments Cancellations:
On behalf of our teachers and therapists we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if a client fails to show up for their appointment, the client will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances.

Workshops and Courses Cancellations:

Clients can cancel any booking for a course or a workshop with 7 or more days notice and receive a full refund. If the cancellation is within seven days, clients will be offered a credit or a transfer to another course or workshop.

However a £5 administration fee will be charged. Once the course or workshop has started there is no refund or transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop if necessary. Any client who has booked a place will be given a full refund.
